One annual business behind-the-scenes three-day tour each year. We will go behind the scenes inside businesses led by the top Christian organization owners and leaders in the world! We will learn from their like-minded leaders the key secrets to success.

A three-day immersive experience featuring guided backstage access, meaningful time with speakers, powerful leadership teaching, and exclusive relational dinners-designed to strengthen leadership skills, clarify calling and purpose, and equip you to influence others with intention.
Momentum Building
The Power Hour is a high-impact virtual experience featuring exceptional speakers who pour into our members in one of our eight pillars, equipping them with practical insight and faith-filled perspective for real life and leadership.
Focused Acceleration
A Solution Sprint is a structured 4-6 week experience that combines expert guidance, peer working sessions, and practical resources to help members make meaningful progress on a defined business or leadership priority.
Relational Formation
Members are assigned to "Iron Sharpens Iron" pods that are gender-specific groups of 15 members each. Pods meet regularly to create space for deeper conversation, practical implementation, prayer, and accountability.
